This 4 unit condominium has 4, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 875 sq/ft units and are located in deep South Mission Beach approximately 100 feet from the peaceful white sands of Mission Beach and 300 feet from the sands of Mission Bay. The Roller coaster of Mission Beach is located ¾ of a mile to the north and all the amenities of the amusement park are located there. All the amenities of the water such as Sailing, Windsurfing, Diving, Jet-Skiing, etc are available through various waterside outlets. The condo is located next to the volleyball courts and very near the basketball courts in South Mission Beach. Mini-markets, Bars, Restaurants, & "Take Out" restaurants are located within a 8-minute walk from the condo. Miles of boardwalk follow these beautiful shorelines for rollerblading, biking or just enjoying our picturesque California sunsets. Parking is available for one, & more parking is available with advanced notice. Completely refurbished in June of 1999 each unit was completely gutted and redone from the inside out (New Everything except a few major appliances). Well-equipped kitchen with Microwave, and all new necessities have been provided. The living room has 1 full fold out queen size couch and a matching love seat. A TV, VCR, Stereo, & a full satellite system are at your disposal, hopefully you will not be using it but enjoying our perfect Southern California Weather. Two Queen beds and a comfortable queen foldout couch are the sleeping arrangements. |

The two upstairs units share a large (20X40) sun deck where you will find a bar-b-q and lawn furniture. The deck is warm and has a
small ocean view, the deck is also child proof and a baby gate is provided at the top of the stairs if needed. The two downstairs units have their own small deck area with lawn furniture for your enjoyment. We
have tastefully tiled the exterior of all the units in selected areas with Mexican Saltillo tile. The yard is well maintained and has a wonderful ambience at night and during the day. Additionally there is a
common area downstairs patio where you will find a large grassy area (25X50) where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful South Mission lifestyle. There is a tiled deck where we have put a very well maintained Jacuzzi
with a "Tiki" hut over it. The yard is well lighted and so is the Jacuzzi for evening enjoyment. A bar-b-q is provided next to the Jacuzzi for common area use. This unit is located in an
unusually quiet area of Mission Beach and you will find the neighborhood very inviting!

Holiday Season: June 15 – August 31 (Weekly Only), Xmas Holidays can be daily (Min 3 Days) High Season: June 1 – 15 & Sept. 1 - 15 Easter Holidays, Thanksgiving, Memorial weekend, Spring Break (Call for dates), All High can be daily (Minimum 3 days). Low Season: All other dates - Minimum 2 Days
Note: Security deposit $300. All rents subject to 10.5% Tax. $50 cleaning/processing fee. Condo to be left in a neat and orderly fashion. 50% of total rent due to hold reservation. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. $25.00 extra per person. (4 people in the studios and 6 people in the 2 bedroom units) Cancellation Policy: If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival we will refund 50% of your full rent, if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival we will refund 10% of your full rent. If we are able to re-rent the unit we will refund all your money less a $50.00 cancellation fee. |
