Both bedrooms have lofted ceilings with ceiling fans; the second bedroom has
accordion style doors that can be left open during the day.
These doors allow for a much larger living area, and this also allows maximum views of the bay. There is a TV, VCR, Stereo, & a full satellite system
at your disposal, hopefully you will not be using it but enjoying our perfect Southern California
Weather.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival
we will refund 50% of your full rent, if you cancel
within 30 days of your arrival we will refund 10%
of your full rent. If we are able to re-rent the
unit we will refund all your money less a $50.00
cancellation fee.
